Responsibilities
- Design, execute, monitor progress and ensure quality of training programs.
- Prepare / develop of training contents including teaching aids like presentations, exercises, assignments, etc ·
- Conduct classes / deliver trainings in the relevant technical skills (mentioned below) ·
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as technical trainer
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Experience in designing technical course content
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Degree in a relevant technical field
